South Beach Belize will feature art deco architecture accented by prestine landscaping and canals winding through the entire community. The community is a secure gated community with 24 hour security personel. There will be life guard towers on the beach, police and fire substations, a medical clinic and the necessary water, sewer and trash removal infastructure. Community attractions also include the Marco Gonzales Mayan Ruin site, parks and ball fields, a convention center and Theaters.

Ocean Drive intensifies "the Miami Connection" Classic South Beach boutique hotels such as the Breakwater, the Casablanca, Colony and others are recreated to enhance the art deco character of the area. Outdoor cafes based out of the hotels are scattered along the avenue, including the well-known Mangos bar.

The casino, to be located on the Caribbean Sea coast of South Beach Belize is a spectacular full gaming establishment. The casino contains 150 hotel suites including extravagant penthouses.
